Our Scandinavian-origin client from the Lodz region is looking for an experienced
Production Manager to grab the challenge!
In this position, you will get the main responsibility of running the production of our client's.
Your main tasks include the operative management of production (around 40 people) and further development of production department. Your main task is to secure the OHS, quality and production performance on a high level. You will lead the production staff and work in close cooperation with logistics and customer service operations.
The person we are looking for is an entrepreneurially driven and strives towards continuous improvement of the business and understands the methods of modern production management and has the right leadership skills to utilize the knowledge from the whole team. The business in Poland has grown substantially in last years and the plan is to keep on growing also in the near future. Therefore, we need a person with proactive and innovative mindset in order to meet our customers’ needs on daily basis. We have set our goals high and we are looking for proven track record of successful change management.
About you
Key requirements:
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Experience of production management
Strength in analytical thinking
Knowledge of process flows
Creative problem solving skills
Fluent written and spoken English (and Polish)
Relevant Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree or similar level
Following are considered as a benefit:
Project management experience
Experience in paper, carton board and packaging industry
Knowledge of lean methodology (e.g. six sigma)
Knowledge of modern technology drivers (Digitalization etc.)
