The average price per sqm of tourist apartments in Zakopane or Białka Tatrzańska on the primary market amounted to approx. PLN 20,000 (EUR 4,420). On the secondary market, it was PLN 11,700 (EUR 2,590).
Levi To compare - in Levi, Finland, you could purchase real estate on average for EUR 3500-4500 per 1 sqm on the secondary market and, on the primary market, for up to EUR 6,000-7,000 per 1 sqm.
